Pas de Deux

I have been a massive fan of the iconic brand for two decades, with a large collection as proof. When I fell in love with my first pairs of Repettos, I never would have imagined I’d one day create my own design with this esteemed French house. 

Dancers’ bodies are their tools, and their feet are the literal foundation of their craft. They would know if a shoe is legitimate, and Repetto has been the brand for dancers for decades. 

Apart from being extremely soft and comfortable, they’re so chic and understated that they pair wonderfully with virtually anything in your wardrobe, from jeans to a silk gown. 

 

Made in my favorite color combination, Lan Jaenicke signature navy & black, this slipper features a classic ballet toe box. A slight heel gives a bit of lift. Made in France, I signed the shoe with our black grosgrain ribbon, which is fastened underneath by a small leather tab. Much like on a ballerina’s shoe, the ribbon can be tied various ways. And the supple lambskin is a gift to your feet - almost like wearing gloves.
