Return and Exchange Policy

For online orders (excluding Fine Jewelry, Made to Order and Custom items) -  items may be returned unworn and unused with all of the appropriate Lan Jaenicke tags still attached within 7 days of delivery date. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. Returns that are worn, damaged, altered and missing tags or labels will not be accepted and may be sent back without a refund. We ensure the upmost quality control and verify that our products are in absolute impeccable condition before being sent; if you feel that your item is in fact defected please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

In-store purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase.

Sale Items - All sale items are final.

Fine Jewelry, Made-to-Order and Custom Items - All sales are final.

International orders- All sales are final, no returns or exchanges. Customs duties and taxes may be imposed by the destination country's customs authority. These fees are not included in the total price displayed at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Please send an email to atelier@lanjaenicke.com for a Return Authorization and shipping label.
After your item has been received in our office and examined to be accurate to the description and/or in resalable condition, you will be issued a refund within 3 business days. 
We reserve the right to deny a refund if the item does not meet our return policy requirements, in which case the item may be returned to the customer.
