Listening to my dear friend and musician Simone White perform feels inherently communal and deeply personal.

When I recently asked her to sing this song, I envisioned her to be sitting with her guitar in hand, the way she is so often found. Yet Simone told me she didn’t feel the guitar was necessary in this instance, which is why she decided to sing it cappella. Such an unexpected and pure expression. 

Here she is singing ‘Wild Is the Wind’ wearing our silk Parachute Dress. Her vocal-only performance, that is free from any filters or any instruments, is a representation of the purity and approach of our collection. A form of art that touches our bare soul and senses.
