Our Sales Advisors are ambassadors of the house. This role extends beyond selling garments. It is about creating an experience that reflects our values—one that is thoughtful, personal, and never rushed. We seek individuals who take genuine pride in their work and understand that exceptional service is found in the details.

In this role you will..

  • Welcome clients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.

  • Build long-term relationships founded on trust and exceptional service.

  • Guide clients through styling, wardrobe consultations, and made-to-order appointments.

  • Develop a deep understanding of our collections, materials, and craftsmanship.

  • Maintain impeccable presentation throughout the Maison and Atelier spaces.

Atelier Tailor or Seamstress

Part-Time, Full-Time

The Atelier Tailor or Seamstress brings exceptional technical skill and craftsmanship to the daily work of our Atelier, working closely with the designer and Atelier team to achieve the highest standards of fit, construction, and finishing.

In this role you will..

  • Execute complex hand and machine sewing with precision.

  • Work confidently with fine materials including cashmere, silk, wool, and specialty textiles.

  • Perform garment construction of samples, made to order, custom and made to measure orders, including finishing, pressing, and quality control.

  • Read and alter patterns as necessary.

  • Resolve construction and fit challenges while preserving the design and proportion of each garment.

  • Perform expert alterations and tailoring on luxury womenswear.

  • Conduct fittings, assess fit, and determine appropriate alterations.

  • Collaborate with the designer, patternmakers, and Atelier team on client and collection pieces.

  • Handle each garment with exceptional care and attention to detail.

We seek an experienced tailor with advanced knowledge of garment construction, fit, proportion, and finishing. They approach tailoring as a craft, take pride in meticulous work, and understand the patience, judgment, and sensitivity required to achieve an exceptional result.
