The Lune Dress has been graced by an enlarged single butterfly wing, painted by renowned muralist, Caroline Lizarraga. The image of the wing is gathered in the waist, then graphically spreads across the simple shape of the dress, creating a sense of serenity for the beholder. A leather patch on the back of the neck, enhances strength, adds tactile contrast, and a visual accent.
