Lan Jaenicke introduces the Cropped Silk Crewneck, a classic crewneck individually made in Japan from 100% silk. Fine and smooth against bare skin, the silk is designed to retain its texture, color, and shape through washing.
Each piece is made by skilled knitters at in Iwate Prefecture, in Japan’s Tohoku region. Rather than mass produced, each garment is individually knitted and finished using the precise technique of linking, joining each piece stitch by stitch by hand to create smooth, supple seams that rest gently against the skin.
